I love meeting new people, and I especially love solving their problems.
This passion started over 30 years ago whilst doing business development for a software company.
I discovered that I enjoyed building client relationships more than programming😊
Now I have a business where I get to enjoy this simple pleasure as I help companies grow and increase their profitability.
What makes my day?
- When I introduce the person with the problem (the client) to the person with the solution (the provider), and magic happens!
- When the client says, “I can’t believe the quality of the people you have introduced”.
- When I reflect on deepening business relationships going back decades.
What do I do?
I help clients solve problems with unusual speed.
My passion is networking and creating connections that make clients and providers smile.

-Identify the owner of each key input.
-Assess the cleanliness/quality of the data.

Automation isn't a guaranteed success; it’s a success proven through data. For CFOs and FP&A leaders, simply implementing Planning Process Automation ...(PPA) is only half the battle. The acid test is whether it's actually delivering better decisions, faster.
Measurement is crucial because it keeps teams aligned and ensures your technology investment drives real business outcomes.
The Key Metrics That Matter for Validation:
-Planning Cycle Time: How quickly can you go from data to decision?
-Forecast Accuracy: Is the output more reliable?
-Plan Frequency: Can you adapt quickly with weekly/daily plans?
-User Adoption: Is the team engaged and using the new system?
-Boardroom Applause: The ultimate proof of strategic insight!
Don't just automate, validate. Use dashboards to make the ROI visible at a glance. Review these KPIs as often as necessary (monthly at a minimum, maybe weekly or daily) to catch issues early and celebrate wins.
Automation gives you leverage; measurement gives you proof. Start tracking your post-automation KPIs today!

What is Jon like to work with?
I have worked with Jon in technology sales a few times over the last 25 years. Initially we were on the same team. A few years later I took over the MD role and I hired him back into the business. Recently we have been part of the sales team for a large technology group, and currently we are exploring partnering again. We share the same approach to relationship selling with the focus on finding the best solution to the client’s problem. Jon is energised by networking and meeting new people. He has a gift for helping people by connecting them with the right person who can solve their problem. By nature he is an encourager and he is an enthusiastic and valuable asset to any team. I have no hesitation in recommending him. If you have opportunity to work with Jon, then I am confident that you will feel the same.
Subsequent to our first interaction in 1989, I got to know Jon very well as a colleague in several roles, beginning as a business associate, and now, 35 years later, as a family friend. Jon excels in connecting with people. As a mature business professional with integrity and impeccable character Jon always positively affects those he connects with.
I worked with Jon for several years in his technology sales role. I was the product specialist consultant, and he was the door opener. We made a great team closing new business together. Our approach was to define an ideal client (client profile) and Jon was effective in finding organisations in our region that matched the profile and then was equally effective in setting up a first meeting. He is proactive team player, always willing to share insights and support colleagues. Jon is also a keen learner, always willing to improve. Jon is disciplined and determined and at the same time humble and friendly, which I have found to be a rare combination in a sales role. I wouldn't hesitate to team with Jon again and would be confident in his ability to successfully manage existing client relationships and open doors to new clients.
I have worked with Jonathan for many years across different platforms and he has always been a pleasure to work with. His knowledge and expertise with various systems to help solve issues we have or assist with streamlining processes has been invaluable. Jonathan is not your typical salesman just trying to get you to sign on the dotted line. I have always found him to have the highest integrity when it comes to his advice and recommendations, which in some cases could be to his own detriment but will always be to the benefit of his clients. I highly recommend him for any work or even just for a coffee and chat as he may even help solve problems you didn’t realise you had.
